Sandrine and Jean-Christophe, originated from the south of France, headed to Puerto Vallarta in 2004. After spending 6 years working in the agricultural field, they decided to launch Le Bistrot.
Filled with passion for cooking, Jean-Christophe invites you to discover dishes and traditional preparations of the French culinary art.
Sandrine welcomes you and she directly whets your appetite by presenting the menu of the day.
They take you to France while tasting traditional flavours resulting from the perfect match between local fresh products and others imported from France.
